The Centre of Media Studies, University of Allahabad, is witnessing an overwhelming response to its course “Soft Skills Training for Civil Services and Corporate Existence”, conducted by Ms. Priyanka Mishra. The course, introduced as one of the Ability Enhancement Courses under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, has become one of the most sought-after academic offerings this semester.
With all 40 available seats already allotted, the demand continues to surge as several students are still approaching the Centre in hopes of securing admission. The exceptional interest reflects the growing awareness among students about the importance of personality development, communication skills, and professional grooming for both competitive examinations and corporate careers.
In line with the University’s directive to run such courses on weekends, the classes commenced from the first Saturday after the announcement, ensuring that students from diverse disciplines could conveniently participate without disturbing their regular schedules.
